Has anyone ever recieved this error when attempting to open a .rss file? This has happened to me once before, and is currrently plaguing a co-worker at our firm. If anyone could help us understand what brings the error into the file, how to fix it, or avoid it in the future it would be a great help.

What version of Ram are you using?  We had the problem a while back and never really could figure out the issue.  I think it was a bug with RAM, since I have the newest version, I have not got the error, yet!!!  Look and see if there are any updates or patches for your version.

Are you able to open the file at all, after a couple of tries, or not at all?
