Air flow calculation for Tank air agitation?

Air flow calculation for Tank air agitation?

I am looking for a formula to calculate the air flow through a 4 inch pipe. This pipe manifold is used to air agitate a Tank with slurry. The line pressure in the air line is 550 kPa.
