I have a question for TD2K. I have seen the api.org web page but I have not found the API Standars (API 674, in particular) for free. Can you help me, please?

That was a tongue in cheek comment Euquilar, as pointed out, they are not provided free.  The 'shipping and handling' cost is the cost of the standard.  

API Std 674 is available through http://global.ihs.com either in hardcopy or downloadable for $106.
