Alright, I'm rather new to this.... which would be more effective to use for a robot to organize a closet according to colour... RFID tags or a type of color sensor? (I am thinking about which would be easier programming-wise)

It would make no difference whatsoever to the ease of programming robot.

The accuracy/suitability/cost of the sensor / tag reader would be the determining factor

Either way it seems a particularly impractical and unlikely use of a robot.
