Does anyone know of a service provider in the U.S., for the repair / calibration of a Konica PDA-81U?

Have you tried contacting them directly?  There is not much out there on the web about the instrument, so I assume it may be an older type of product.

Sorry I cannot be specific as I dont live or work in the US. However any good radiographic supplies company should be able to on-pass it to the appropriate service and calibration centre.

Old they may be but still thay are damned useful pieces of kit, small, handy and pin-poin reading capability
