Printing Individual Resource Schedule

Printing Individual Resource Schedule

Printing Individual Resource Schedule

(OP)
Does anyone know how to print out individual resources schedule.

I have about 22 resources and I have assigned them assignments for the next 6 months.  Now I would like to give each one of them a print out of their schedule (individually with dates and hours of work).

Please help.

Thanks,

RE: Printing Individual Resource Schedule

Not sure if this is what you want, but you can assign each resource to a separate group and then goto Calendar view and select a particular resource.  The tasks can be labeled with task name, hours, start time, and finish time.  multiple fields can be concatenated within the displayed bar and wrapped.

Thanks IRstuff.

I don't think that is what I need.

I need to print a seperate schedule for each one of my resources.

You know how you can go to reports, assignments, "who does what".  I need a report like that, but for each individual seperately (without showing the other resources schedules).

Thanks,

RE: Printing Individual Resource Schedule

You can do that if you assign each resource to its own group.  The group's Calendar will then contain only the tasks for that resource.

Not to be a pain, but can you give me a step by step guide on how to do that.  I tried, but could not get a list of resources in Calender view after I grouped them them.  I was only able to see the project names in calender view.

Thanks,

In the filter toolbar, select Resource Group, which allows you to select a specific group.  Hote that multiple resources assigned to tasks will not be resolved and there doesn't seem to be any way to print which group the filter was set for.  Nonetheless, if you resources can deal with that bit of ambiguity, it's a workaround.

Thanks for the help.  You got me to the right direction.

I also found you can print individual projects by going to Report, Select a view or report, resource form (select the resource you want), then click on more view, and click on resource allocation.

You can then print that report.
