Microsoft Project 2003 Changing durations from days to hours

(OP)
I have started a plan using days as the measure of duration for each task but now wish to change them all to hours. I am able to change the unit of time for newly inputted tasks but can't change the existing tasks.

RE: Microsoft Project 2003 Changing durations from days to hours

Good question!  Try this:

Click on >Tools, >Macro, >Macro's, then select >Format Duration.  Click on Run.  The dialog box will appear that says "Select the duration unit for all tasks".  choose hours and click on OK.

That should do it!!

Hope this helps,
J Black
