(OP)
In order to maximize a package, I am looking for a single 12V battery with approximately 1150 CCA.

RE: Need for a 1150 CCA Battery with a Small Package Size

I assume you are looking for a mobile application since you're spec'ing CCA. I've always seen two batteries used for that kind of rating, even in the big diesels.  The weight gets pretty unwieldy at 70+ pounds, plus people hate to spend the big bucks to replace a special battery that isn't readily available.  Two batteries mounted on a tray won't be much bigger than one meeting this number, and you can mount one on either side of the vehicle for weight considerations or one above the other etc.

The closest I'm aware of:
Exide claims 1000 CCA for their UBX-1000 at 44 lbs, I'm skeptical.

Odyssey dry cell PC1700 with 903 CCA, 1175 CA @32F, 58.7 Lb

Johnson Controls may have something.

I don't know if this is anywhere close to your desired package size:

Interstate Model 8D-MHD
1400 CCA
20-3/4 x 11 x 9-5/8

What does CCA stand for , I have been using small nickel-cad cell and never ran across CCA.
Thank you
