I'm searching for ARCVIEW 9.0 a code (VB-VBA) allows to find the nearest neighbor for  selected polygons in a layer shapefile( Select by Location  ..that share a line segment with... ). I'm find a library .dll

but I need to find the code ,to insert it in one form, to execute other operations subsequently.
