I have a diode Part number JANTX1N4247 that is ref to MIL-19500/286, this spec is cancelled with out replacement.How can I find a exact replacement for this part and what is the new standard that this part is required to meet?

Try a 1N4247. A MIL version is avaiablke from Microsemi.

The MIL SPEC standard is 81349-MIL-S-19500/286
