Consolidatin Project Plans

I have over 100 project plans saved in different files... is there a way to consolidate all the plans into one without cutting and pasting ?

Open a new file and use Insert|Project select the relevent projects then OK.
Save this file as your master Programme, each time one of the project plans is updated it will be reflected in the Programme.
You could also add a resource pool to this to see shared resources across the whole set of projects.
