Standards ASTM D1143, D3689 & D3966 have been withdrawn this year "without replacement"

What specs should be referenced instead of these?

Area these specs in the process of being revalidated?

Looks like so many revisions that the committees couldn't finish by the deadline, so the standards were withdrawn 'on a technicality,' so to speak.  New versions are under development.  The ASTM Work Item Summaries:

WK11659 Reinstatement of D1143-81(1994)e1 Standard Test Method for Piles Under Static Axial Compressive Load (Withdrawn 2006)
"The revision of D1143 Piles Under Static Axial Compressive Load includes too many changes to follow the normal markup procedures."
