Hi ALL

I'D like to know what is the different between black wrapping tape and the white one. The black tape which wrap first and then the white. And why the wrapping procedure establishes in buried pipeline although the coating paint not use.
Any one have an idea will be helpful

The inner layer (black) is the primary anti-corrosion layer. The outer layer (white) is a protective layer to shield the underlying tape.  Datasheets for the products will give you a good idea of what they are about.
