Use enough 190 pcf concrete to give you specific density of the assembly of 1.3 is usually sufficient, but you also need to check your lay weight, current drag and bottom friction for sufficient lateral stability and OD-length of span for Von Karmen vortex vibrations.  

Corrosion coating density varies according to type selected.
