I know the PBT(polybutylene terephthalate), PP(Polypropylene) (polyethylene)  and PE (polyethylene)  that be used the material of fiber loose tube. I want to know the difference of them, and which one is the best.

I do not understand your question...

RE: The material of fiber loose tube.

Keith,

Loose tube fibre has a number of small tubes within the cable, each of which contains a fibre core. The ID of the tube is significantly larger than the OD of the fibre it contains, hence the term 'loose tube'.
This link shows some of the different types: http://www.techoptics.com/pages/Fiber%20Optics%20-%20Cable.html

cpewhf,

I think the main differences will be due to the physical properties of the materials: heat resistance, low temperature flexibility, suitability for manufacturing process. You've raised an interesting and unusual question. It may be best posed to the manufacturers of fibre cable. I've asked the fibre installers I know and gotten a negative response.

Thanks a bunch Scotty. Most interesting.. Never heard of it before but makes sense.

Thanks. I think so. It is due to the physical properties of the materials. I heard the PE loose tubes are more used in the US market and the PBT loose tubes are more used in our country. The pp loose tubes are more suitable the low temperature. PE is softer, higher shrink rate, and more flexible than PBT, harder  for manufacturing process, and more expensive. The manufacturers shall know it.
