I'm looking to find a manufacturing process for MASS production of a steel tube. OD is 5mm and wall thickness is .35mm.

Any ideas/suggestions will be appreciated.

What is the length requirement?

What steel grade is required?  Can it be stainless steel?  If so, Eagle Stainless Tubing routinely makes very small diameter tubes in this range.  Their website is http://www.eagletube.com

Sorry I didn't mention this before. Material is 304 Stainless Steel and length is 6mm.
