Could anyone help me to know ventilation duct & system design resources available (free) online.

We are planning to provide complete ventilation system synchronise with the operational philophy of inddustrial equipment's installed in an underground facility.

I wanted to make the air supply run 24 hours with having a standby blower of the same capacity. but the extraction through roof mounted extraction fans ( 5 Nr. ) where i wanted 01Nr. among 05Nr. to run 24 hours while the others when the industrial equipment runs.   

I have taken 10-12 airchanges for the purpose of designing the equipment while 10-11 m/sec air velocity for the duct design. 10-11 m/sec air velocity would be ok to limit the sound level.

Any recomendation on this regard or online info's whereabout would b highly appreciated.
