Could be a bit tricky, given the contents and the technical quality of the site! Websense seems to judge sites on many criteria, but they seem to penalise public forums with unstructured discussion, and they seem to penalise non-standards-compliant sites. Check out some of the validation services available to help you with compliance.
You will probably get a wider response on the Tek-Tips Website designers forum (http://www.tek-tips.com/threadminder.cfm?pid=253), as this forum is aimed at computer engineers rather than web designers.
