I don't know what RFID stands for but several approachs come to mind. Etching, stamping, roller stamping or attaching a tag with metal tacks.

I need to add, that further on some parts of the surface will be machined, ant the tag cannot weaken the material (Aluminium).

jeltom,

You can go with a metal etched bar code that can be attached to the part.  These metal etched bar codes are good for high temperature applications.

jeltom,

There are many companies out there.  We have used a company called MetalCraft and they do good work.
