i would like to know the detail of how is the electrol hydraulic valve working. can anyone help me?

Have a look at the Moog Hydraulics website for details of how a electro-hydraulic servo valve works. Bosch Rexroth's website is  the other obvious place to have a look at, but there are numerous others.

There is a Fluid Power forum, if you don't already know: forum1083. The guys in there have forgotten more about hydraulics than I know.
