how to print a certain range of dates in a report

(OP)
Hi,

I was wondering if anyone might be able to help me. I'm quite new to this ms project. Recently i received a project file from my colleague. He has created the GANTT chart and everything. In that file, I can see that it actually shows date from Jun05 to Mar06. Is it doable if i just want to see only dates from jan06 to Mar06? and print it out only for those periods of time.

Thank you very much in advance

RE: how to print a certain range of dates in a report

When you select File --> Print from the drop-down menus, the print dialog box opens and one of the options (bottom-right corner of the box) is the timescale that you want to print.  I think this is what you are looking for.

Why not use the Filter subfunction of "Date Range?"
