Here's a great link for anyone who is colour blind and is having problems with a couple of the colours on the screen.

It's called colour scheme organizer and it has really helped me as I had a hard time with black & red and yellow & green.  Now when I pick something, I can see it and not have to guess!

Just download the file, install it & run it (before starting Inventor).
