I'm mating a male 316 8-32 thread into a female pvc thread and looking for something a bit more of a permant bond than loctite 425. Also the working conditions of the person using the chemical are important (vapors and fumes, etc).

thanks

BTW - I looked at loctite 401 and the fumes and instant bonding with skin turned me off to it as a solution

There is an adhesive Pro-Poly which bonds to HDPE, PVC, Aluminum, ABS, PP, Steel, etc. Do a google search and you can find information about it. Hope this helps.

Who is the manufacturer?

Pro-Poly will bond over 200 lbs per square inch. Call 800-821-5846.

Sorry, I hit submit instead of preview. Manufacturer is Unitex
