Driveline Product knoweldge

(OP)
Hi,
I am Industrial Engineer.I work for MNC producing Tractors. I am incharge of Driveline assembly line.
I have 6 months core experience in this industry.I am working on platform where manpower handling to product knoweldge is neccessary.I am Line Engineer.
But certainly product knoweldge is essential.I am not able to grasp much as i donot find interesting due manny things which are typical to get time on that,i'll say hand on.
Collegues differentiating, plant guys commenting, boss not happy.......work load alot.
So getting away from that i have time for completing reports but still i am not happy with unprepared knoweldge.

Please tell me the best book or stuff to improve my skills n knoweldge and also making meaningfull work.

Thanxs

MK

Dr. Kersten has written an excellent book you should read.  You can get it and other stuff you should find helpful for your situation at his website.

It seems that you have identified yor own problem. There are no booksthat can impart "hands on" knowledge. Patience & perserverence are needed by yourself, employer, and colleagues. They may have had a chice to hire someone with more of this type knowledge, but I am sure it would have cost them much more. If you are quite sure that thisparticular industry does not interest you, then you should seek employment elsewhere.
