Cryo Tank Insulator Spacers

In the vacuum space of some cryo tanks are non-metalic insulator sleeves used to help center the inner vessel while providing a thermal barrier.
Does anyone know where these can be purchased in North America?

Make them yourself out of blocks of virgin teflon, or phenolic.
