Also, you should be trying to get certification through a Registrar. The Registrar should include the manual as part of the certification process. A directory of Registrars can be found at http://praxiom.com/registrars.htm

ISO standard 9001:2000 Quality management requirement for
7.5.2 Validation of processes for the production and service provision does not apply to our organization. I was wondering 7.5.1 control of production and service provision is applicable to us.(because Post delivery activities is not applicabe to us.)
