Where can I purchase the standard ISO 9001 - 2000?

RE: ISO 9001 2000 Standard

You can check out this forum's FAQ182-802

Also, you should be trying to get certification through a Registrar.  The Registrar should include the manual as part of the certification process.  A directory of Registrars can be found at http://praxiom.com/registrars.htm

RE: ISO 9001 2000 Standard

ISO standard 9001:2000 Quality management requirement for
7.5.2 Validation of processes for the production and service provision does not apply to our organization. I was wondering 7.5.1 control of production and service provision is applicable to us.(because Post delivery activities is not applicabe to us.)

RE: ISO 9001 2000 Standard

If a particular section of the standard does not apply, then document it in your procedures:

Section 7.5.2. No action required. This section does not apply in this organisation

Good Luck
