I am designing a ram cell circuit and would appreciate some reference designs and hints on a simple 4-bit ram cell capable of storing up to 8 numbers.
Thanks

Hello Again,

I see you arrived at this forum ok.

As far as your problem goes, a 4 bit ram cell which displays 8 numbers ?. Do you mean its addressable up to 4 bits (4x8) or it contains 4 bits (8x4).

As I mentioned in your previous post (in the Electronic Component engineering forum), as this is course work it would be improper for anyone to just give you the answer in the form of a diagram.

If you want to send what you have and where you are up to and where you are stuck then perhaps you could be guided past your inpass.

Any help ?, yes no let me know.

Regards
