C created dll and windows messages in vb

(OP)
I have c created dll which sends windows messages VM_USER + 50, VM_USER+51 etc. It works fine in c++.

Now I should catch these messages in VB6. I have tried to use Windowproc, just like in this example:
http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=170570

Is it possible to catch those messages like that? Or do I have to do this in some other way?

Will I need some changes dll? A friend of mine has written that dll and I have already asked him to do some modifications like __stdcall l before functions. So dll could be modified if needed.
