I am looking for a low cost mandrel material for use in fabrication of trapped composite tools.  I would like a machineable tooling material that can handle 200F and can be washed out without the creation of Hazardous Materials.  I am either looking for the actual chemistry for material or a supplier of this material.  Any information or links is appreciated.
