What is the most economical way to join high density high purity (99.8%) Alumina to a nickel based metal such as Inconel 600. This is for a high temperature operating environment, 1000°C continuous. I have been investigating adhesives such as Aremco's Ceramabond 552 but with mixed results.

Thanks
Nick
