Is there any provisions in ASCE 7-02 for calculating the C&C wind loads on a mansard roof on top of a building much greater than 60 feet in height? The mansard has a 45 degree roof slope and is 10 feet in height. It is closed on it's backside.

Should it be treated as a parapet wall (freestanding wall or solid sign)? What about the uplift on the roof slope?
