whenever i open my main model which contains many subsystems, all subsystems are also opened up automatically..how can i avoid this permanantly?

and one more thing is that i want to display multiple signals..what's the best way to do that?

You have to close all subsystem, then save the modell and close it, because when you open your Modell, it has the configuration off the last save.

To show mutiple signals use an mux-block an put the output to a scope.
