How to set the color of regions and annotations white?

Hi
I want to set the background color to black and all foreground material (text, math regions, annotation etc.) to white for better eye health. How can I do this? I cannot change the color of math regions. (MathCad v12)

Each math region can be individually changed for background color through its Properties settings????
