SLOPE STABILITY

(OP)
PLEASE, I NEED INMEDIATELY A SOFTWARE FOR A VERIFICACION OF THE SLOPE STABILITY (SOIL, DAMS, TAILINGS DAM, FRESHWATER DAM, IRRIGATION DAMS)

RE: SLOPE STABILITY

There are a number of slope stability softwares in the market... and they are not free. Some of these include SlopeW, XSTABL, UTexas, PCSTABL, etc. Should check trough the web http://www.ggsd.com.

For simple cases of slope stability, you can try the on-line slope stability software (GeoPro) at http://www.geoindex.com

For Reinforced soil slopes, you can download FHWA software from their site http://www.fhwa.dot.gov/bridge/geosoft.htm

Hope that this helps

RE: SLOPE STABILITY

I have used almost every available slope stability program on the market one time or another. In my opinion, the best one is SLOPE/W by Geosoft. Hands down!

RE: SLOPE STABILITY

rlopezpa,

Have a look at SLOPE/W from GEO-SLOPE, the web site is http://www.geo-slope.com. There is a free functional Student Edition that you can download.
