How can I model Bridge deck in SAP 2000

How can I model a single span(20.o m) RCC deck slab supporting on 5 prestressed concrete girders spaced at 1.75 m centers. The bridge is 60 degree skew. I would be happy if someone can provide me some similar examples or sap files.
