Hi,
i have performed a Uncoupled heat transfer analysis about a cylinder with a material inside that decomposes along temperature increase.
the results are:
nodal temperature distribution
mass decomposition
local pressure
now i'm trying to perform a simulation about mechanical deformation on the cylinder tube and i don't know how to implement the pressure growth inside the tube.
-the mass decomposition corresponds to a pressure increase. this parameter i would be able to determine in the subroutine hetval, because, svar(1) is the mass decompositon and svar (3) is the pressure parameter.
-but i don't know how to implement this pressure increase in a mechanical (deformation) simulation.
1) do i have to do a Sequentially coupled thermal-stress analysis and how?
2)or, can i do a Fully coupled thermal-stress analysis and how?
3) how can i implement the parameter Svar(3) (that means pressure) in a subsequent analysis.

Please if anybody has an idea about this i'll be very greatful
