hi,
We are a construction company. We are going to be audited for ISO in coming month. Information provided by you is helpful but if you could provide some sort of questionnaire it would be great great help, especially for Management representative (MR).

I tried to ask this question in boilerman thread but i think nobody is interested.

I have checklists that i use,i am a lead auditor and also QA manager so i aware off both sides of the fence.Remember that it is the system that is being audited to ensure compliance and that conforming product is being achieved, and keep it simple. Let me know if you want any more information
