Thanks Sreid! Keremsencan, yes I did search in google and sorry I didn't specify my question. I need a surface mount (if possible) or the smaller the better, low voltage. I found Sankosha and Bourns too. Are there any manufacturers?

Any chance that you could use a Transcient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) in place of the spark gap?  I believe that TVS are available in surface mount.

Thanks to both of you, I'll try to ask our design engineer if he could use TVS. I'll look for EPCOS and Littlefuse too.
