zoom to fit option

I am using '06.


When I do 'zoom to fit', it zooms out so much that I see a tiny dot on my screen.


Why does this happen and how do I rectify it?

zoom to fit envelopes everything that you have created. sometimes a "stray" point or sketch located far from your model will shrink your model to a dot in order to envelope the complete work. you need to capture the stray and bring it back to the herd.
