Zoom all

In AutoCAD there is a zoom all option which means that whatever is in the graphics window occupies all the window space. How can we do it in Pro Engineer window. I need to use + from the menu bar to do the same. It is needed in almost all modes I mean. sketcher, part, assembly, and drawing mode.

I know this button very well but I want the configuration of this very button. It does not always let things in the graphics window occupy all the space. Its ok but if you have experience with zoom all command of AutoCAD you will see the difference if you compare the two. As well I want this in sketcher mode.
