Hello,

Thanks for replying

I dont know the exact volume but around 1 ton .The thickness of the sphere wall will be around 1/2 - 1.0mm.

Try this guy for hollow spheres:

On your own, I could only suggest sputtering or evaporating over a polymerc sphere which you later burn out.

Hello,
Thanks for yr info
I e-mailed the person but I got a reply message which is in different language so couldnt understand it
Anyways do you(or any particular website) have any idea how sintering is done(cost/ton,process parameters etc) because i have very less knowledge in this subject
The other info i have is density is 1.2-1.4g/cc (Apprx),
Di/Da -2 mm

To my knowledge these parts are made by coating over a sphere and burning out the sphere. Graphite might be an option for a sphere that can be sintered over in inert environment and then burned out in air.
