Hi,

Is it possible that I make a protrusion extrude first and in the next command cut extrude that complete materia?

No (what's the purpose of that?). You can't have zero volume or zero thikness.

It is possible, provided it is not done immediately after your very first Boss-Extrude in the FM.

What are you trying to do anyways?

Perhaps what you want is better achieved using "Insert --> Features --> Delete body"
