Zero line weight?

Anyone figure out a way to create a zero line weight? This is for photo etching TIF file generating. What I've found is that the fills will go to the outside edge of the line weight. And the smallest line weight SW lets you have is .001968504 and although this is very small, it still makes the image larger than the actual. If I can't get this to work, I'm back to porting out to Acad to get the results I need, then into Corel to be able to have the graphics company use it. Thanks.

I don't fully understand what you are trying to do it, but could you change the units to millimetres to see if you can get a smaller line weight? Just a thought.

Sorry, that won't work. A dimension is a dimension doesn't matter what units you are in. this big is this big.

The only way I have ever done this, is export DXF to other programs.
