Yet another alternative engine

It must have taken some doing to actually come up with something new that has a frictional surface area that looks comparible to that of a typical internal combustion engine.
It looks like it would have pollution characteristics similar to that of a 2-stroke.
It might make a good hydraulic motor, or pump.
