I posted a question about flood/float a few days ago about this topic. I am now trying to eliminate the flood/float in the Yellow Iron Oxide, and then I will try the dispersion. I know flood/float in a yellow low viscosity system is common. I have tried several variations of an EFKA surfactant with no success. I am simply using a phthalate plasticizer (DIDP), surfactant and pigment. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
