X ray service, fine focus

Hi, everyone:
I'm trying to find a X ray service that can produce high resolution photos to show the soldering bump and pad bonding quality. I heard of a company called "fine focus", but strangely I cannot find it from internet. Does anybody here know it? I'd appreciate very much if you can tell me the information, or if you have other good X ray service please inform me.
