You should make up such a sheet yourself. Don’t expect nor trust anyone from the inter webs you don’t know, to share this with you. How do you know they’re any good? Do you understand the calculations in the WRC standard? Making the sheet yourself will teach you better on this subject and should be the only way to do this properly.
