Hi,
I am trying to wrap a decal around a sheet metal bend, but
it is treating the two formed surfaces and two separate
surfaces and applying the image that I have used as a decal
twice. Is there a way to make it treat the sheet metal
part as one surface and just apply it once in order to wrap
it around the entire part?

Try copying the surfaces into surface features (copy and paste) and then merging the 2 surfaces together (if necessary - maybe you can copy and paste it into one surface - not sure.) Once you have a unified surface, maybe the decal can be applied to that.
