At what rpm does a wound rotor motor have full nameplate horse power? Will it have the same horse power regardless of the rpm it turns at?

At full nameplate RPM is when you will produce nameplate HP. HP is a funtion of speed & torque
HP=tourque (Lb Ft) X RPM/5252
 
Thanks, that is what I thought it would be. Just wanted to be sure.
