For the consulting engineers out there: Lets say you have a $100k fee for a project, how much of your fee would you spend on the following:
- Project Management
- Senior engineer
- Junior engineer
- Drafter
Perhaps one person might fill more than one of these roles. My old office manager had some rules of thumb for these, but I have forgotten the numbers!
